  Returns and Exchanges:

• In the unlikely event of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange it for a non-defective product or issue a refund. Returns should be sent via cash-on-delivery (freight collect) at our expense.

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days of product arrival if the item is defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (change of mind).
