Additionally, we kindly ask that you include your budget.

We will prepare an estimate based on your inquiry and email it to your registered address. Please check it once it arrives.
If you are satisfied with the budget, please reply to us.

The estimate includes:

Working hours
Expenses
Value-added premium
Number of design concepts
Number of revisions

If you are satisfied with the budget, our dedicated illustrator will contact you at your registered email address to schedule a meeting.
We will prepare a "Design Services Outsourcing Agreement" for the meeting, and we will proceed with the project based on our discussions.

Since our artists are located across Japan, in-person meetings are difficult to arrange. Therefore, communication will primarily take place via Zoom, email, or our official LINE account.
If you prefer an in-person meeting, we kindly ask that you visit our office.

Once the meeting is concluded and the project is confirmed, we will send an invoice to your registered email address.
After reviewing the Design Services Outsourcing Agreement, please complete the separate contract form that we will email you along with the invoice.
If there are no discrepancies in the amount, a 50% deposit paid to our designated account is required to officialize the contract and begin production.

We will begin production once your payment has been confirmed.
The project will progress according to the visual concepts and timeline discussed during our meeting. Once the final design is complete, we will email it to your registered address for your review.
(We will also establish mid-project milestone dates to send you progress updates. However, adding our official LINE account will allow you to review updates instantly.)

Once you have reviewed it and confirmed there are no problems, we will send you the printed materials or data, and you will then need to deposit the remaining 50% into the designated account.

After reviewing the submitted content, the assigned illustrator will contact you via email or Zoom for a meeting.
Please note that for items requiring ordering, such as flyers and stickers, it will take an additional few days after the design is finalized.
For those who only require data, we will send it to you via email using a file transfer service.
For simple data formats, we may be able to create the design at a lower cost, so please contact us for details. (JPG, PNG, etc.)
You can bring your own data, so please contact us for a consultation.
We also offer embroidery and T-shirt printing services, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
We offer video production services including commercials, promotional videos, and YouTube video editing. Prices vary depending on the length and amount of editing required, so please contact us for a consultation.
Please note that there may be an additional studio fee for artist photo shoots.
We will confirm the transfer of copyright during our meeting. If you require a transfer, please contact us and we will prepare the necessary documents.
Photographer rentals are also available (primarily for live music venues). Please feel free to inquire.
